Reserve a Room

Thank you for your outreach and for considering the Cross-Cultural Center as a potential space for your event.
The Cross-Cultural Center prioritizes room reservations for CCC affiliated student organizations and campus departments that demonstrate ongoing engagement with the center. All reservation requests must clearly describe how the proposed event aligns with the CCC’s P.L.A.C.E.S. philospohy.

To submit a reservation request, please email cccenter@ucsd.edu at least 3 weeks before your event date. Requests are reviewed weekly on Wednesdays. At this time, we are not accepting room reservation requests from new users (including both departments who have not met in the center in the last academic year and student organizations who are not part of our affiliate program).

Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee approval, as space availability and alignment are carefully reviewed. We appreciate your understanding and encourage thoughtful, P.L.A.C.E.S. aligned proposals.
