Reserve a Room

Currently the Cross-Cultural Center is prioritizing providing room reservation space to our Affiliated Student Organizations and previously connected Departments. We will not be accepting new space users at this time. If you are previously connected, please fill out the Cross-Cultural Center Room Reservation Request form at least 3 weeks in advance. Note that submitting a Room Request is NOT a confirmation. You will receive notification from CCC Staff if your request has been confirmed.

The Cross-Cultural Center is available for meetings, speaker engagements, open forums, performances, dance practice and receptions. In addition, we have study lounge spaces and information/bulletin boards with campus and local community events. BEFORE you consider submitting a room request, please carefully review our P.L.A.C.E.S Philosophy and Room Request Checklist.
