CCC Event/Room Reservation Form

CCC Room Capacities

About our new space ...

Our new location for the 2007-2008 academic year is University Center 201, formerly the Financial Aid and Student Business Services building.

The Cross-Cultural Center is available for meetings, speaker engagements, open forums, performances, dance practice and receptions. In addition, we have study lounge spaces and information/bulletin boards with campus and local community events. Go to CCC Room Capacities for more information about our rooms.

Since we are now only a one-floor building, the CCC is wheelchair accessible. Should you need specific accommodation to enable your access and participation, please contact the CCC prior to visiting at 858. 534.9689 or cccenter@ucsd.edu

Scheduling/Reservation Agreements

To Schedule a Room:

  • UCSD student organizations, staff, faculty, departments, and affiliates may schedule use of the Cross-Cultural Center by submitting an event/room reservation form.
  • For special events on nights and weekends, a week’s notice and approval from CCC staff is required.
  • You can call or stop by during normal business hours to see if space is available .
  • All reservations are tentative until an event/room reservation form is filled out completely, turned in, and confirmed.

Reservation Notes and Agreements:

Please read over the below notes and agreements before making a room reservation. For a complete guide on scheduling/reservation agreements click on Facility Usage Policy Guide.

  1. All groups who meet and hold events in the Cross-Cultural Center should have missions that align with ours. You can find our mission on our "About Us" page.
  2. The CCC reserves the right to make modifications to your reservation, including time and room, for CCC programming purposes.
  3. Reservations are made on a quarterly basis. We do not begin accepting or processing reservations for an upcoming quarter until the last 2 weeks of the current quarter.
  4. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis, unless you are a CCC Affiliate. If you are a part of the CCC Affiliate Program, you receive priority room reservations.
  5. The Cross-Cultural Center does not take reservations for recurring meetings on the weekends (this includes Friday nights). Groups can only reserve a room on the weekend twice a quarter for Special Events.
  6. The use of kitchen facilities (microwave, refrigerator, sink), TV, VCR, the overhead projector, and projector screen are available upon request, with restrictions.
